天然氣工業燒杯加熱方式使熱效率大大提高，有效降低運行成本，冷熱風交替回吹有助于炒制過程中快速脫皮及吹出；進一步升級內部結構使炒出的脫皮瓜子不但色澤及光澤度好而且脫凈率高、酥香度好，更加符合脫皮瓜子生產工藝；新型除塵系統，采用脈沖袋式除塵器可直排車間，操作簡單、維修簡便；該炒鍋可滿足堅果不同的炒制時間、溫度及旋轉速度，運行起來更加安全穩定。

The roasted seeds production line is designed for automatic contintity production. It consists of automatic feeding device (patent), multi-functional roasting machine (patent), New bag dust removal system, discharge conveyor, Wind separator, cooling machine, and gray skin conveyor make the frying seeds to get automatic quantitative feeding. The finished products are directly selected for cooling and packaging, and the other dust are automatically collected and recycled, so that the discontinuous production can be converted into continuous production and improve work efficiency, reduce management cost.
