1.機(jī)械手壓袋—開口—打碼—充填物料—振實(shí)—壓氣—熱合封口—整形—壓紋—輸出成品
The manipulator clips the bag-open-coding-fill
material-consolidate-compress air-heat sealing-forming-printing output product.
2.操控臺(tái)采用人機(jī)界面，全過程都自動(dòng)化控制。采用進(jìn)口PLC，進(jìn)口執(zhí)行元件，工作穩(wěn)定可靠、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單。
Totally automatically controlled by computer. Adopting imported PLC and actuator, operate reliably and safely, maintain easily, without pollution.
3.主機(jī)調(diào)速采用進(jìn)口變頻調(diào)速器調(diào)速。
The main machine that adopts frequency converter to regulate the speed.
4.包裝袋為已印刷熱封成袋預(yù)制袋，故包裝袋圖案*、封口質(zhì)量好、破包率極低。
As the having printed & heat sealed package bag that the bag have a complete pattern, a good quality sealing and very low bag broken rate.
5.為了避免封口起皺，本機(jī)特設(shè)計(jì)整形工位，使封口平整無褶皺。
The shaping step is especially designed to keep the sealing from breaking, so the sealing is flat and smooth.
6.機(jī)體采用*噴塑工藝，與物料接觸部件選用進(jìn)口不銹鋼材料，衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高、抗腐蝕、設(shè)備使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
The machine adopts advanced plastic spraying technology, while the parts that contact the materials choose stainless steel, So with a good standard hygiene, anti-corrosive and long useful life.
7.根據(jù)包裝物料的要求可配套使用自動(dòng)計(jì)量機(jī)、自動(dòng)螺桿充填機(jī)、智能組合秤等其它適合自動(dòng)計(jì)量的產(chǎn)品組合成自動(dòng)流水線（也可以手工供料來進(jìn)行自動(dòng)包裝）。
According to the packing materials’ demands, can choose automatic metering mechanism, automatic auger filling machine, inligent function scale and other products suitable for automatically metering, which combined into an automatic assembly line (Also can pack through hand giving material).
8.安全裝置，無線—不填充—不熱封，袋子打開錯(cuò)誤—不充填—不熱封，加熱器斷開警報(bào)，機(jī)器在異常氣壓下自動(dòng)糾正。
Safety device: no bag-no filling-no heat sealing. Alarming as soon as heater is stoped. The machine corrects by itself, when in the abnormal air pressure.
9.本機(jī)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)部分均采用進(jìn)口工程塑料軸承，無需加油，免維護(hù)，減少污染。
The machine moving parts adopt imported plactis bearing, no need to put on oil, no maintenance, less pollution.
