一、產品簡介Introduction
●膠塞滅菌烘箱用于膠塞滅菌和干燥，是膠塞漂洗機的配套產品，也可作免洗膠塞烘干滅菌之用；
●加熱元件采用不銹鋼304管狀加熱器，分布在箱體內側，在內循環風機作用下，促使熱空氣對流，使箱內各點溫度均勻；
●采用水平層流風即側送側回，在風機作用下，將頂部的熱空氣從一側經高溫過濾器送入箱內。在過濾出口處配有調風板，使箱內各點氣流均勻；
●頂部設有進氣和出氣口，且進氣口裝有冷卻風機，在風機的強壓下，將萬級空氣經過濾器送入箱內，使物品達到快速強制冷卻，出氣口裝有過濾器及風門，排風閥排濕時可手動或PLC程控儀自動控制。
●不銹鋼自動攪拌轉筒,將洗凈物料置于其中,啟動傳動機構,物料在其中自然翻轉烘干；
●采用互鎖裝置，當一側門打開時，另一側門不能被打開，并有指示燈顯示開門狀況。
