該面包生產線由、三道搟面主機、加餡機、成型機等設備組成。主控制系統采用PLC,德國SICK光電控制到觸摸顯示屏,*實現現代自動化人機界面。電控部分采用進口光電感應器精密控制,生產化程度高

二 生產流程:
面皮經過三道壓面輪及搟面裝置之輾壓延展,使面皮有光澤、品質穩定;每道壓面輪皆有厚薄調整裝置來設定面皮之厚度以增加或減少產品之重量;面皮在通過壓面輪與搟薄裝置間均有電眼控制速度,使面皮不會因主機輸送速度過快而斷裂或過慢而阻塞;經過后一道主機壓面輪,面皮會落在主機輸送帶上,由自動開花器對面皮進行條狀、網狀等開花;再經由卷輪及輔助卷輪將面皮卷成條狀;卷面的過程中可以加餡;若欲生產切塊產品,可打開分離式切臺電源,并設定其切斷長度以決定產品之長度尺寸及重量大小;具同步調速功能,操作方便。
