The pneumatic film high temperature control valve is especially suitable for occasions where the leakage requirement is not high and the temperature is high. 【進口高溫調節閥】選擇說明：

（1）閥體及閥內件材料的選擇問題

用于450℃以上的環境中的調節閥， 一般材料可使用的zui高溫度為500℃左右。對于高于538℃的場合，閥體通常采用鉻－鉬鋼。對于zui高溫度達1035℃左右的場合，通常選用SUS310S型不銹鋼，而且材料含碳量必須控制在 0.04～0.08％之間。對于更高的溫度，建議采用內襯非金屬耐熱材料（可用于1200℃的高溫場合）或特殊的耐高溫高強度合金（如發動機燃燒室用耐高溫高強度合金，可直接用于 1000℃高溫場合）。

（2）填料的耐溫性能

標準的聚四氟乙烯填料僅能用于200℃以下場合，如需用于中高溫場合則必須采用伸長型閥蓋以防止填料受到*溫度的影響。但較長較細的閥桿在高溫條件下強度較差，易出現彎曲現象。因此，高溫條件下應采用耐溫性能優異（可達600℃）的柔性石墨填料，還可以大大降低伸長型閥蓋的高度。同時配以“旋轉類閥 粗閥桿”的方式提高閥整體強度，從而較好地解決這一問題。

（3）密封方式的選擇

在高溫條件下實現較高的切斷性能是很困難的，很多常規的高性能密封方式是不可取的（如 O 形圈、四氟材料、彈性金屬材料等）。在500℃以內，可采用特種復合石墨閥座軟密封方式。在500℃以上的條件下高溫，高溫調節閥只能采用金屬對金屬硬密封方式（一般采用蝶閥結構）。

高溫調節閥可以是高溫單座閥體、高溫套閥體、籠式高溫閥體和高溫三通閥體，一般使用在高溫水蒸氣和高溫導熱油品中，高溫調節閥配置HEP定位器或 定位器，可以根據用戶需求，配套定位器。閥門定位器輸入信號為4-20mA，可以選配輸出信號4-20mA。
