【進口高溫調節閥】詳細說明:
進口(氣動)高溫調節閥,由多彈簧氣動薄膜執行機構(或活塞式氣動執行器)和低流阻調節閥閥體組成,多彈簧執行機構高度低、重量輕、裝備簡便。氣動薄膜高溫調節閥閥體流道呈S流線型,具有結構緊湊、重量輕、動作靈敏、壓降損失小、閥容量大、流量特性精確、維護方便等優點,氣動高溫調節閥調節機構采用平衡式閥塞結構,具有閥穩定性好,不易震動,噪音低,對溫度敏感性小。氣動薄膜高溫調節閥特別適用于泄露量要求不高、溫度較高的場合。進口(電動)高溫調節閥是采用智能一體化執行器與高精度低流阻調節閥閥體組成。具有關閉嚴密,結構緊湊,重量輕,維修方便等優點。電動執行器和精小型調節閥體組成,內含飼服功能,接受統一的4-20mA或1-5V·DC的標準信號,將電流信號轉變成相對應的直線位移,自動地控制調節閥開度,達到對管道內流體的壓力、流量、溫度、液位等工藝參數的連續調節。調節機構采用平衡式閥塞結構,電子式具有閥穩定性好,不易震動,噪音低,對溫度敏感性小,允許使用壓差不大、溫度較大等特點。電動高溫調節閥廣泛使用于流量大,溫度高,泄漏量要求不嚴格的場合。廣泛用于氣體、液體、蒸汽、油品等腐蝕性介質的管道自動化控制中。
The imported (pneumatic) high temperature control valve is composed of multi-spring pneumatic film actuator (or piston pneumatic actuator) and low flow resistance control valve body. The multi-spring actuator is of low height, light weight and simple equipment. The flow passage of the pneumatic film high temperature control valve body is S-streamlined. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient maintenance. The pneumatic high temperature control valve regulator adopts balanced plug structure, which has good valve stability, less vibration and low noise. Temperature sensitivity is low. The pneumatic film high temperature control valve is especially suitable for occasions where the leakage requirement is not high and the temperature is high. Imported (electric) high temperature control valve is composed of intelligent integrated actuator and high precision low flow resistance control valve body. The utility model has the advantages of close closure, compact structure, light weight, convenient maintenance, etc. The electric actuator and the miniature regulating valve body consist of feeding function. It receives the unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V.DC, converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating valve, and achieves the continuous adjustment of the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. The adjusting mechanism adopts balanced plug structure. The electronic valve has the characteristics of good stability, low vibration, low noise, low sensitivity to temperature, small allowable pressure difference and large temperature. Electric high temperature control valve is widely used in high flow, high temperature, leakage requirements are not strict occasions. It is widely used in pipeline automation control of corrosive media such as gas, liquid, steam and oil.
【進口高溫調節閥】選擇說明:
(1)閥體及閥內件材料的選擇問題
用于450℃以上的環境中的調節閥, 一般材料可使用的zui高溫度為500℃左右。對于高于538℃的場合,閥體通常采用鉻-鉬鋼。對于zui高溫度達1035℃左右的場合,通常選用SUS310S型不銹鋼,而且材料含碳量必須控制在 0.04~0.08%之間。對于更高的溫度,建議采用內襯非金屬耐熱材料(可用于1200℃的高溫場合)或特殊的耐高溫高強度合金(如發動機燃燒室用耐高溫高強度合金,可直接用于 1000℃高溫場合)。
(2)填料的耐溫性能
標準的聚四氟乙烯填料僅能用于200℃以下場合,如需用于中高溫場合則必須采用伸長型閥蓋以防止填料受到*溫度的影響。但較長較細的閥桿在高溫條件下強度較差,易出現彎曲現象。因此,高溫條件下應采用耐溫性能優異(可達600℃)的柔性石墨填料,還可以大大降低伸長型閥蓋的高度。同時配以“旋轉類閥 粗閥桿”的方式提高閥整體強度,從而較好地解決這一問題。
(3)密封方式的選擇
在高溫條件下實現較高的切斷性能是很困難的,很多常規的高性能密封方式是不可取的(如 O 形圈、四氟材料、彈性金屬材料等)。在500℃以內,可采用特種復合石墨閥座軟密封方式。在500℃以上的條件下高溫,高溫調節閥只能采用金屬對金屬硬密封方式(一般采用蝶閥結構)。

高溫調節閥可以是高溫單座閥體、高溫套閥體、籠式高溫閥體和高溫三通閥體,一般使用在高溫水蒸氣和高溫導熱油品中,高溫調節閥配置HEP定位器或 定位器,可以根據用戶需求,配套定位器。閥門定位器輸入信號為4-20mA,可以選配輸出信號4-20mA。
