該灌裝生產線主要用于灌裝粉劑物料，適用于計量那些易流動或者流動性極差的粉粒狀物料，如奶粉、蛋白粉、面粉、固體飲料、可可粉、雞精粉、白砂糖、葡萄糖、食品添加劑、飼料、醫藥原料、農藥、染料、香精香料等。

設備流程：

外包脫包→隧道殺菌輸送→內包拆包投料→氣力輸送→配料混合→暫存→氣力輸送→金屬檢測

自動卸罐→輸送→理罐→翻罐吹掃→殺菌→輸送→自動投勺

稱重灌裝→抽真空充氮封罐→罐體清掃→激光打標→自動翻罐→塑蓋壓蓋→成品收集平臺
