適用于食品、醫藥、化工、農藥產品中的粉末物料的全自動包裝；如：食品添加劑、奶粉、豆粉、中藥粉、面膜粉、保健茶粉等。

1、自動包裝機可以在包裝過程中自動完成計量、制袋、充填、封口、切斷、計數、批號等全部工作；

2、控制系統則自動化匹配各動作配合，改系統具有精準確度高，調整制袋長度簡便，且準確無誤；

3、具有色標控制系統，可獲得完整的商標圖案；

4、無級調整速度與袋長，包裝速度與制袋長度可在額定范圍內無級調整，不需要更換零件；

5、設計采用*的嵌入式封口，加強型熱封機構，智能型溫控儀溫度控制，具有良好的熱平衡適應各種的包裝材料，性能好、噪音低、封口紋路清晰、密封性強；

6、設備計量下料方式為螺桿計量、下料；

7、設備封口形式為背封鋸齒封口；

8、設備主體部分和與物料接觸部分材料為不銹鋼;

調試安裝：  機械確認收貨后，需方準備完成所需物品并通知我司,我司將在 48小時內安排人員到機器所在地；如交通不便或路途遙遠的，我廠人員將在72小時內安排人員到達并安裝調試。

操作培訓： 川越調試人員在上門安裝調試培訓時 ，需方需安排一個或者多個人員進行學習培訓，直至操作人員可獨立操作。
