概述:
進口帶止回功能的電磁閥是安裝在正常工作的時候,電磁閥閥后的壓力可能比閥前的壓力高時的管道中,防止介質反向壓力比正向壓力大的情況下,介質回流。電磁閥本身是具有工作方向的,當出口壓力比進口壓力大的時候,介質就會回流,而帶止回功能電磁閥是在電磁閥內部集成了一個止回裝置,當出口壓力大于進口的時候,介質也不會倒流。
進口帶止回功能電磁閥工作原理:
常閉:當線圈通電時,先導閥芯吸合,先導孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動,電磁閥打開。當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復位,先導孔關閉,閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關閉。常開:當線圈通電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復位,先導孔關閉,閥上腔由活塞節流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力,電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時,先導閥芯靠彈簧復位,先導孔打開,閥上腔卸壓,活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動,電磁閥打開。

螺紋式——一般用于常壓電磁閥的連接,接管的螺紋常用管螺紋,分內螺紋和外螺紋兩種接口,一般用于DN50以下的電磁閥。‘
