過濾活塞式可調減壓閥是一種通過調節來實現減壓的智能調節閥門，可以對整個管道的減壓比例及減壓的長度進行調節，可以實現的定比調節功能。其在項目當中運行過程是：當閥門從進口端給水時，水流過針閥進入主閥控制室，出口壓力通過導管作用到導閥上。當出口壓力高于導閥彈簧設定值時，導閥關閉。控制室停止排水，此時主閥控制室內壓力升高并關閉主閥，出口壓力不再升高。當閥門出口壓力降到導閥彈簧設定壓力時，導閥開啟，控制室向下游排水。由于導閥系統排水量大于針閥的進水量，主閥控制室壓力下降。進口壓力使主閥開啟。在穩定狀態下，控制室進水、排水相同，主閥開度不變，出口壓力穩定。出口壓力不因進口壓力變化而改變，亦不因主閥出口流量的變化而改變，安全可靠地將出口壓力維持在設定值上。該閥減壓精確，性能穩定、安全可靠、安裝調節方便，使用壽命長。可用于生活給水、消防系統及工業給水系統。

When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve closes. When the control chamber stops draining, the main valve controls the pressure in the chamber to rise and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not rise any more. When the outlet pressure of the valve drops to the set pressure of the guide spring, the guide valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. The pressure of the main valve control chamber decreases because the drainage of the pilot valve system is larger than that of the needle valve. The inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the stable state, the control room has the same water intake and drainage, the main valve opening remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure does not change with the change of the inlet pressure, nor does it change with the change of the outlet flow rate of the main valve. The outlet pressure is maintained at the set value safely and reliably. 當管道從進水端給水時，水流過針閥進入主閥控制室，出口壓力通過導管作用到導閥上，當出口壓力高于導閥設定值時，導閥關閉，控制室停止排水，此時主閥控制室內壓力升高并關閉主閥，出口壓力不再升高。
當出口壓力降到導閥設定壓力時導閥開啟，控制室向下游排水。由于導閥的排水量大于針閥的進水量，主閥控制室壓力下降，進口壓力使主閥開啟。穩定狀態下，控制室進水、排水相同，開度不變，出口壓力不變。
調節導閥彈簧即可設定出口壓力。

2、操作方便。工作壓力調定后，當上游壓力或流量變動時主閥自動調節，穩定了下游壓力。
