耐腐蝕襯氟閘閥是閥門的一種。襯氟閘閥的啟閉件是閘板，閘板的運動方向與流體方向相垂直，閘閥只能作全開和全關，不能作調節和節流。
襯氟閥門又稱氟塑料襯里耐腐閥門，是將聚四氟乙烯樹脂（或型材經加工）采用模壓（或鑲嵌）方法置于鋼質或鐵質的閥門承壓件的內壁（同樣的方法適用于各類壓力容器及管路附件的內襯）或閥門內件的外表面，利用其在抗強腐蝕介質方面的*性能制做成各類閥門和壓力容器。
Corrosion-resistant lining fluoride gate valve is a kind of valve. The opening and closing parts of the fluorine-lined gate valve are gates. The moving direction of the gate is perpendicular to the fluid direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened and closed, and can not be adjusted and throttled.
Fluorine-lined valves, also known as fluoroplastics-lined corrosion-resistant valves, are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin (or profiles processed) by moulding (or inlaying) method placed on the inner wall of steel or iron valve pressure-bearing parts (the same method applies to the inner lining of various pressure vessels and pipeline accessories) or the outer surface of valve inner parts, using it to resist corrosion. The unique performance of strong corrosive medium makes all kinds of valves and pressure vessels.
【進口襯氟閘閥】特點:
1.采用大楔角設計，保證使用壽命，又使閥門開關力矩小。密封副為FPF（F46）/ FEP（F46）或其它材料組合，摩擦系數小，啟閉力矩低；
2.閘板全開后，圓形孔與管道直徑相遇，閥門流阻小，只相當于同結構長度的管道直管。
3.襯氟閘閥采用特殊的模壓工藝，內部與介質接觸的平面都襯上一層塑料（包括填料函），使組織致密，耐負壓，加之V型PTFE填料組合，使閥門達到零泄漏。
4.閘板和閥桿設計為一體結構，杜絕了由于壓力變化引起閥桿沖出承壓件內的可能性，根本保證使用中閥門的安全性。
